So back to NXGWF being removed from an OTC fund. I'm assuming this OTC fund contains a bunch of other cannabis companies?

Why would NXGWF be removed from this? And who does the removing, the fund managers? Like a bank?

Maybe this is not even important, but just trying to learn more.
