He is and this is the most explicit and obvious he has ever been. I suppose to be happy because our leader is not a complete idiot but still can’t he just spit it out and even further engage an IB?

His trick is only fooling himself for two years now, everyone else knows all along that amrn is for sale and and he cannot pull it off. Fair value, fair value my a##. What bp can do with V has almost nothing to do with what they can get for bo (unless there are plenty people fitting to buy them, didn’t happen prior COVID, even less possible today.

The valuation for bo starts from where JT can do with V, with a premium, that is it.

The dilemma with V is that it has so much potential with a BP, but not with amrn itself, so the huge gap between.

Say, amrn can do ‘a’ with V, a bp can do 10times, so ‘b’ = ‘10a’.

Tell me what it the fair value between ‘a’ and ‘10a’? JT may think somewhere mid point is fair, but a BP may think 2a is pretty generous...

One way to close the gap is to increase ‘a’ to where ‘b’ = ‘5a’. Then they can meet in the middle. But JT’s performance to increase V is pathetic, may take years.
