So just an anecdote - I went to refill my V prescription and they had refilled it with generic hikma. I obviously refused and asked to refill it with Vascepa. I asked if there was a cost difference to me and the rite aid/cvs pharmacist said no (I have an Aetna ppo plan). So, CVS swapped me without my knowledge, without there being a cost difference to me, and if I was an uneducated consumer, I may not have even known to ask for V instead of the generic....
