No. Looks like a group decided to take advantage of the thin level 2 and walk the PPS up to create an illusion of interest in the stock. There's nothing of significance on PACER for this case recently filed.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
