But it has been a Harsh treatment of Singer and Amarin in Appeal (rule 36) - just 'DENIED' - 'DENIED' - shareholder Amicus - En Banc.

You can't help question the 'chances' of the Code 60 Motion - not just also getting the 'DENIED' label from the Nevada Court - especially coming from shareholders. But it seems nobody wants to put percentage on chances of succes (motion accepted).
