Because there's really no denying that Rory was misleading, the videos are still on VERB's website to demonstrate such.


I really doubt that Rory kept the video on Verbs website when Rory began calling investors/traders bed wetters.

Rory started hiding a lot of documents once he realized how bad it looked for Verb.

And agreed about Rory misleading people down a cliff to almost nothing. Probably why Verb accepted defeat and is making a payout of over $600,000.00 to investors done wrong by Rory.
