Agree w/this read and insight. The exact decision making sequence gets a little tricky here. Wait for a detail technical process to grind through while simultaneously /select/add key staff into a new position. Do this, while all the time nothing is yet final. Lots of moving parts but we must take risks at this point to achieve exit velocity.
