1. Anavex has seen the results;
2. The results support an NDA;
3. The NDA will not occur until the job is filled; and,
4. The regulatory decision is not guaranteed.

In that case, I expect a PR with the results and their plan to seek conditional approval. Then a bit later a PR announcing a formal application for approval. Then a decision.
