It starts end of today and it’s 15 calendar days before the Expert Market will step in for review. Now that filing is lapsed and Henry is not posting for some unknown reason the ball is in motion.

This can be stopped with audited or unaudited financials disclosed.

Henry was already on the radar with the last extension but somehow got another one. I don’t think he will get one this time around. He was very clear it had to be done by Monday or else. This is the or else window we are now in.

“Expert Market.” If a qualified IDQS determines that an issuer’s current information is no longer current, broker-dealers will have a grace period of 15 calendar days in which they may continue to quote the stock. This will give investors an opportunity to exit their positions, should they wish to take it.”
