what is so funny? ...company is not big timing it; they are trying to save dough and are open to any qualified person....this is shareholders want....small companies do this in the real world....every dollar important. It is what I would do, and I owned my own small business....when we get to the size of apple or msft or google, ETA 2/19/27, we can then big time it.
