Are there any drugs that have been trialed and approved in both PDD and Parkinson’s? I know some may be used off label for both, but has anyone done a combo trial like the one Anavex may be attempting?

I’m wondering if it is more difficult or easier to do a PDD/Parkinson’s trial. Is the bar lower since we are aiming to treat symptoms of both? Meeting selective symptomatic endpoints for both may be an angle they’re trying to pursue.

Kill 2 birds while making it easier to get approval.
