Yeah, That's how I actually view the process moving forward' ... if there's more ?, within any reasonable consideration ? ... well, that's just fine' with me as well ... I just don't consider what I don't believe is possible, or is documented' and somewhat supported' in reality ...

there's quite a lot of guessing and pie in the sky', that truly doesn't matter' ... I used to believe most of it was generated by sloppy and poorly researched material' ... now ?, I doubt any of these presentations have any foundational study or research applied to them, at any serious level' at all' ... ? ... anyway' ...

... Again, I believe that everything that has been held and accumulated while the WMI BK restrictions were in place', ... will be released by the Trustee(s) and catch everyone up' ... by the Cap Trust and the 33 non banking subs' ...

... then as 2020 comes to a close' ... "COOP" ... will begin 2021' under more normal operating procedures', taking into account', the Asset Values of "WMIH and its Subsidiaries", ... in the exact very same fashion as KKR' did when it offered the 2nd' Private Rights Offering to the LEAD ARRANGERS' ... back in early 2018' ...
