~ XOOM', Actually I Believe It's Inclusive of the .38 per quarter ~

So, to keep things reasonably simplified, ... the Company WMI', as a Consolidated Taxation Group, would distribute roughly $1.51 per year to the commons, divided on a quarterly basis, ... or the .38 cents (ish) ...

So, in my opinion ?, the WMI Capital Trusts interest returns were included in those numbers' ... so, for conversational purposes, ... the Subs were generating roughly .20 cents of the .38 and the Cap Trust was generating the other .18 cents of the total .38 ... again, for a total of roughly .38 per share per quarter ... the numbers varied slightly' up or down' ...

Now here's the kicker, ... when WMI Filed for BK on 09/26/2008, ... that action immediately separated the WMI Capital Trust, and placed it in its "Liquidation Preference" ...

So, the way I view things is the subs that KKR refers to, originally generated roughly .20 per quarter and the Segregated WMI Cap Trust, generated the other .18 cents' ...

I hope that helped ? ... and again, these are my conclusions and a great part of my investment decisions ... both, past and present tense' ...

Remember, the release of the accumulated catches everyone up' ... then we move forward under a more realistic yearly condition' ...
