BTW, what do you think of slide 18?

My one semester of statistics is not enough, but this looks strange. Confidence interval lengths are OK, I assume (slightly wider for the lower n in the placebo group than the dosed groups), but the highly compressed results in the dosed groups do not seem to affect the 95 percent limits and the placebo results are off-center (and overrun) the confidence interval. All of this to the apparent detriment of the p value.
