I wouldn't be surprised if they already know it works. The low pps is only a factor of the time it is taking to combine the companies, and a few note holders not playing ball (stupidly).

They stated for a fact it will all be done in 10 trading days or less, and possibly even next week since they are getting the next 250k.

We will see some very serious pps movement in the next few days.
