Right. You get to stack the deck. True, it will be useful for a significant fraction of the population rather than all, but I am not aware that drug approvals are available only for panaceas. 2-73 may not be entirely effective for mutated Sigma1 receptors, certain Comt genes,or certain APOE subsets. It may work beautifully in everyone else who doesn't have severe disease.

When Doc compares 2-73 to other drugs, he does not adjust for this. That surprises me in a neurologist who does clinical trials.
