prior to the company going dark Andrey held 8.1M he more than likely has added and intentionally tanked the stock to add to his position.
he also saved the company thousands in reporting costs.

the lx retail shares for 575M are were restricted and converted to 5.6M preferred.

my views continue to change on the situation as I learn and grow and view new potential ideas of how/why certain action take place.
