We were notified by our transfer agent that we have received a new CUSIP number due to our name change to Xcelerate, Inc. We have also submitted to FINRA for our symbol change and have requested the symbol XCEL. While this symbol is not currently being used there is no guarantee that we will get that symbol. We have submitted two additional choices as required.


While our progress with OTCIQ appears to be moving at a tortoise pace, we would like to remind you that the tortoise eventually wins the race. We finally had the Prohibited Service Provider removed and I am accurately listed as the only CEO. That might seem like baby steps but Mr. Telsey and our team have been diligently responding to all inquiries. OTCIQ is currently going through the background check process for our Board of Directors and we hope these are the final steps for the Stop Sign being removed.


On the corporate business front, there is nothing I can discuss at this time, however, I can assure you we have made great progress in all three potential acquisitions.


Finally, with Veterans Day just passing, the whole team at Xcelerate would like to thank all veterans for their service and the freedoms that are a result of their sacrifice.
