Thank you. . . .
Among the many skills required to steer a corporation through the maze of different challenges toward success, particularly during a turnaround phase, following >12 years of rudderless efforts to achieve full FDA clearance, are the respect and treatment of others, the avoidance of regulatory and legal conflicts and making deals.

Thanks to the current BIEL team, the entire team, led by Chair Dr. Staelin, new CEO, Kelly Whelan, VP Sales, Keith Nalepka and Science Guru Sree Koneru, BIEL is ramping it up for greatness, by applying those 3 skills, so absent in the conflicted past.

Fixing the share structure, as suggested, helps all shareholders, assures the future wealth of all shareholders, avoids regulatory and legal conflicts and reflects character and integrity.

Undo the past and soar, I say, and I say it openly, not behind closed doors. This little company has survived years of astounding, embarrassing, head-shaking stumbling and saying, "no", all behind closed doors. That's different from confidentiality and business discretion. It's time to do the right thing for all the shareholders, the family too, who funded the cluster and suffered for so long.

We can all do well, or, by fixing the share structure, as suggested, we can ALL do very, very, very well!!! Let's enjoy watching little BIEL make an amazing success out of ActiPatch, by being tactically smart, avoiding most, if not all, possibilities of conflicts and doing right by shareholders. . . .
