Du has read everything do not doubt that! -- IF a judge realized that she had been swindled not just sold in good faith an alternative interpretation or alternative valid scientific analysis--but actually lied to and manipulated--she MIGHT want to set the record straight ( or at least when so much is critically involved, give both sides a chance to point out their arguments under Rule 60 in court), so her reputation and that of her court is not tainted forever. If she wants to pursue a false agenda she will deny it. Regrettably, a big collusive cover up has taken place between the district court and the CAFC (who knows even the generics). This has been undertaken purely for spite and to save face while pushing a peverse H-W political agenda--Does anyone doubt that these Obama era judicial appointees don't look after each other?--the old boys club just looked after a woman (although Dyk couldn't quite sum up her name in oral arguments)--see there is gender equality when it comes to shady behavior. What is clear is that these judges have a clouded moral compass and an overwhelming egotitistical agenda, that does not allow even the possibility of fairplay. As things stand this whole case is an embarassing exercise in blatant croneyism, false pride and egregious scientific fraud subtly executed---Kudos to Messrs. Klein, Fundakowski, and Heinecke--they put several shots past the goal posts while Sipes et al were dozing. Fear nor karma is nothing if not a bitch.
