Summary of where I think we are :

Endpoints are met in EU & UK but primary will not show as met in the US whereas secondary will, however the company proceeded with DL even though they had said previously they wouldn't without all 4 reg bodies buy in.

So we will meet all the critical new endpoint in EU & UK and the OS endpoint in the US but maybe and its a HUGE maybe, the FDA didnt see a need to change the primary endpoints as it was clear we would meet it .

A deal is already done probably with Merck and probably buy out at $10bn +
