I set an email to the IR on record and here's what he sent back

I wish I could help you with this matter but I haven't been the IR for the Company since August. Last I checked back then the outstanding was 2.2 billion and the authorized was 2.5 billion. But that was 5 months ago so i really don't know the true numbers. I hope this helps and I'm sorry I couldn't help more.
