We need something dramatic from the company to help combat the cabal(s) that are out there. The shorts, big pharma, some of the yahoos that are on this message board, etc. We need TGD to step up and do a few things to help provide some air cover for the shareholders. Here are a few suggestions:

1. First and foremost provide accurate and timely information regarding our trial data releases. Do not leave anything to interpretation and use the big guns all the time i.e. Dag Aarsland. I believe many here have complained about some interpretation of the data and they’re not giving us full disclosure. That leaves the shorts open too pounce.

2. Maybe it’s early for this one but how about they schedule a Technology Day where they invite key opinion leaders, Wall Street technology analysts, etc to do a deep dive into their pipeline and programs. We have a lot to talk about with multiple drugs in the pipeline all with a great number of indications. Like I said it might be early for this one as you don’t want to give away competitive information when you don’t have to. Keep in mind this is coming from a perspective of increasing shareholder value.

3. Executive team stock purchases. Each member of the senior staff should purchase at minimum 10,000 shares apiece. Make it significant enough that gets everyone’s attention with Dr. Missling buying in at least 25,000 shares. That sends a real clear message to Wall Street and the cabal.

4. Partnerships!! Partner something. With all the indications that we can go attack, partner something that will expedite that particular indication and will send a clear message that we have ways of creating value and bringing in dollars to the company coffers without dilution. This might be tricky when looking at the big picture but certainly not impossible. Most small biotechs do it all the time.

5. Hire a big hitter for sales and marketing now. Personally I do not think it is too early as we have Rett on the table and Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s are coming soon. Regardless if you partner Alzheimer’s you still will need a senior leadership position to handle the sales and marketing side of things. Get that person on now and by the time all the plans are completed and staff hired to handle this end of things we will be ready to sell the product and partner for Alzheimer’s in approximately 9 to 12months.

That’s it for now. Please pull this apart and if anyone has any high level connections into the company please share. Keep in mind I’m sure that the company has thought of most of these things if not all, but it never hurts to have shareholders voice their opinions and hold them accountable for making sure that the attacks stop on our share price can reach fair value market cap.
