no legit company goes dark and falls over a year behind on its financial disclosures



Actually, I'm invested in another company that owns Air Wisconsin and they are delinquent on filings too. That doesn't make it a scam, it just shows that business is a bit more important to them then getting financials squared away.

Another opinion pulled from left field with no real tangible data/facts behind it.
