zmin@ Thanks for answering. I have just been digging the net for 'the thousands of Fraud claims' - regarding worlds most important - used to be 'fairly fair' election. Not this time - It STINCKS - all the way to Europe.

Even winning over Covington - they would newer be able to pay any sort of compensation - that solves anything for Amarin (We are talking +6 billion in loss here).

And surely Covington did not loose on purpose (expect to lose) Judge DU ruled on the thinnest of margins - as I understand it. It took everyone (also Analysts and experts) totally by surprise.

I have to say that I more and more understand JL (before he left) repeatedly saying - "Cant deal with this Legal Crap" - I'm Gone :)

Looking at our situation (summing up) I think the best (and only) chance for this to be reversed - Is 'the official Aamrin' being granted to take the case to Supreme Court.

The hope of - 'all the brilliant - hardworking - iHub people being aloud 'into the case' - is like finding a very small needle in a very big haystack - chance'. Not likely to ever happen.

That why I argued for 'Cooperation with Amarin' today - Instead of running competing Law cases - on the same Issue - so to speak.

Not the way to move forward IMO.
