You are correct that one cannot, and should not, infer results to a larger sample based upon a small cohort.

And it’s really not 94 patients.

85 placebo, 9 vaccine- of the 9; sample.

So they are basing their widely (globally) reported results on a 9 patient sample.

It’s actually clinically irresponsible IMO.
