marsnvest ... I personally wouldn't short a pinkie but if I knew they were dumping shares into the market it would be a slam dunk (and probably has been for some). I've tracked some stocks that have done secondaries and misc dilutive deals and have found that you see a positive money flow in the face of declining pps when shares hit the street ... similar to what we see in BDGR. No doubt in my mind that the shares OS is getting bigger everyday. TIVO is another example.

Thinking about a position in an inverse fund for the IRA to kick off 2007. The Feds seemed to have put some fright into the buyers today.
