marjac - eight - BB@ Have to ask this. Did anyone try to reach out to Amarin - and their Law team - before starting a Big time consuming effort - that can just again be 'Denied' - with One Word ?

Please dont take this the wrong way. I have every respect for your efforts and supported it directly in the Amicus Collection (and will do so again - if need be).

But I do feel that we are at a point in the fight against 'the wrong and unjust ruling against Amarin' - that the Law efforts (and possible other efforts - eg. trying to have/get som political support onboard) HAS TO BE COORDINATED - to have any real chance of future succes.

If I were you - I would contact Amarin and ask for a direct meting - with people in charge of The Law process - trying to reverse the injustice done against the Company.

Instead of 'possible being accused 'down the line' Again (eg. by this io_io poster - could be Clerk or Judge) - that the iHub efforts was actually damening the effort/chances of 'winning Appeal'.

Why not tackle this 'Head On' - and ask for a meeting with those people that is at the Heart of our Problem - and combine/coordinate efforts in an Organized manner ?

Simply ask Amarin people 'how - in their opinion - the Board could best 'be supporting the effort' of reversing the Nevada ruling.

Thereby avoiding - eg. possible directly damaging an effort of having the case accepted at supreme court - or any other direction/effort 'The Official Law People are working on.

Coordination Guys - like an organised Military Attack - that has a 'Plan' and a 'Common Goal'.
