JT did not want or anticipate this - nor did BOD or rest of Amarin management of staff.

So everything always comes back to Disaster Ruling - Disaster Ruling - that absolutely killed every bit of optimism in the AMRN stock.

And as said a million times here' - to give this kind of Power to a local 'not science educated Judge' - being able to Move +6 billion in the market - and at the same time - in this one Wrong Move (based on Hikma Freud) 'kill a small company' that has used more than 25 years to 'Get There' !

It is just so Damn Unfair - that it hurts for everyone' having to experience this - knowing 'that where we are' chances of 'restoring of the patents ever' - is close to none existing at this point.

This little Nevada Judge Ruined Thousand of honest investors in the market that day in Marts. And surely everyone at Amarin - suffers with the rest of us - over that - every day.
