I know what happened. Again I ask......how

did EL buy 95.8% of a (ahem) $700MM company for $230K?

This time I'll answer.

They didn't.

The Beaver is CEO of both entities that were created in May (EL) and August (Sollensys).

They had equity of $485 at the end of September. Nothing magical happened because of a RS.

A market cap of $230K puts the pps around .0025 -.003.

If you triple that it might be worth a penny based on the FINS. And yes, that’s post RS.
