SOLSD had now assets. EL bought the corporate structure and A shares for 230k. At Only 66% ownership any assets ($) they put into company it would be diluted by 33%. Crazy. So they increased the value of the A-C shares from 1-50 to 1-600 then converted them to C shares giving them 96% and did a R/S. Now for a 4% discount they can put assets into the company and benefit from the market listing. As they start putting in assets and release new sales the price/share will be more reflective.
