This is hilarious! Where are all the folks claiming this phone call was fabricated!? All the speculation on this board is completely laughable. None of you have ever been right, and no one will admit it. So lets see, Les states there was no official "quiet period." Apparently DI never got the memo. Les is preparing to kick the can by proclaiming that warrants can get pushed further! And no one is talking about this? Now the game plan has changed and they are waiting for a journal?? What happened the last time? Ugh, second rate journal they had to pay for even though they claimed for months it was top tier and needed the time to prepare.
