A name change has taken place on NVSOS, Lazar is still titled, not Oren or Authorized Signer. No FINRA r/s on file or coming up at all in regards to this ticker. NOTHING! No 8K material event and no official SEC filing, talks or approval. I have no idea about the merger or what will be, I haven't dug deep into the DD part of that...but this R/S talk and that filing is what I focused on right now and delivered my verdict.
