I've been a share holder for quite some time and still waiting on those accounting records to be satisfied, of which makes zero logical sense that it's taken them so long to process. Legal Council would be the next step in deciphering, through discovery what is truly going on with this Publicly Traded outfit. SIGO's Lori Livacich, the newly Corporate "everything person" (apparently) for VBF Brands seems to have "relational contacts" with all the previous in question partners. My hope is these folks continue to do the right thing and get the prior promised accounting records satisfied and share holder paperwork up to date. They could turn this stock into something favorable for share holders and all parties involved.
