Yeah man exactly! This stock is an absolute gem, I just know the SEC can come shut it down for the delinquent filings and leave us all completely screwed.. I check every day for that 10K and I'm confident it is coming, but it needs to come before the SEC does! Delinquent with pending merger seems to attract their attention more than anything.... Come on CBBT get your shit together!
