I hope you are right but this type of bush league communication is more Les Goldman’s style. I think using a plausibly deniable surrogate to let their most actively engaged shareholders know nothing is going to happen is how they operate. Without naming names several people have recently commented on the uncanny insights one shareholder has into the sentiments of NWBO management.
