Everyone who owns shares here should be unified about the need for filings... The SEC is relentless they don't care how many investors they destroy. They don't care about whining bitching or pissing contests on message boards. Maybe CBBT attorneys are in contact with the SEC and everything is fine, but the truth is not a single one of us knows for sure....

The oldest 10K will be the trigger for the next leg up because it'll confirm to potential investors that there will not be a suspension
