Not withdrawing the SITC shell abstract in a timely manner reminds me of someone that always seems to do things like not filing OTC annual paperwork on time. Then, when challenged, say it’s no biggy, and they have more important things to do, as the price per is once again contained. This behavior is NOT an anomaly with NWBO, and longs have had to put up with this for many years.
