Good luck. I say: "Fool me once, BielCorp, shame on you...."

Blaming the deceased ex-CEO for BielCorp's failures is a bit too convenient, I think. If those UK customers liked the ActiPatch they'd still be buying ActiPatches. Q2 2020 sales show that the ActiPatch has minimal consumer loyalty. That's a death sentence for a disposable product.
