So according to this calculation; 1.2B "U" common shares and $4.0B in underlined asset value @ a hurdle rate of 0.05375 for the now estimated 51 qtrs. that equates to around $3.33 return per share. This is the interest revenue only and does not include any safe harbor returns. Is that how you see it?
