Why all your lengthy moaning and complaining?? What does it "profit" you??
Why are you wasting your time posting here?? Isn't it enough to know that ALL OTC stocks are very HIGH RISK and most don't pan out...BUT also keep in mind that "Once Upon A Time" APPLE & AMAZON were BOTH OTC Stocks that made MANY PEOPLE who invested in them Multi-Mega Millionaires!!!
It's very clear based on what you are saying that you shouldn't be in the OTC Market, it's far too risky for you, so therefore, EXIT and head over to NASDAQ or NYSE where you can feel more comfortable about putting your money into stocks, but then again, a large percentage of them don't work out either which is just the nature of the Stock Market for a variety of reasons as you well know.
Based on what you're saying, the OTC is definitely NOT where you should be putting your money, you have far too many objections for which should be obvious to anyone in OTC Stocks. Most of them are indeed SCAMS!! That's a BIG PART OF THE RISK NOW ISN'T IT!, and it's only something that can be sorted out by DD, which still is no guarantee, but it's better than being a FOOL!
Lastly, any intelligent person who plays the Stock Market knows full well that they can lose some or ALL of their money in the Market, again, for a variety of reasons. Fewer lackluster or non-performing Companies on NASDAQ/NYSE??? Yes, of course but you trade at much higher premiums. Guaranteed profits?? Of course not.
The take away...if the risk to reward ratio is to high for you, then stay out of the stock market, in particular the OTC.
Any all ALL Stock Market Investors know this, despite some stock investments being better and safer than others, but yet NONE of them are a guaranteed bet.
Sounds like you should be invested in stocks like Apple, Amazon, Tesla, etc, but do yourself a favor and cease from all the self-torment...simply STAY OUT OF THE OTC...IT'S DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU...FAR TOO MUCH RISK!
