Uranium,

Anything is possible, quiet periods are used during such negotiations. I cannot see anything happening before the release of the TLD and other information, and the increase in share price that should result.

I do believe that a potential partner, or buyer, would want a certain share price before paying the sort of price NWBO should demand. That doesn't mean that they won't actually help to build that price. If such discussions were underway, and if an agreement were achieved, nothing could be said. TLD would be released, as further information worked the price up, when the target price agreed on was met, the agreement could be announced.

I'm not saying this is the case, but it certainly could be a possibility. In another company investors knew a partnership was in the works for well over a year. I should have occurred far sooner as it was supposed to happen as a trial was scheduled to start. That trial was delayed substantially when the drug to be used for the trial spoiled when a freezer storing the drug failed, and it took a substantial time to rebuild the supply of the drug. The partnership was announced when the everything was ready to go with the trial over a year later.

While people here are convinced that Merck is who's going to be the company that ultimately partners or buys NWBO, I don't think others like Roche could take an interest as well. A bidding war for the company would be most interesting.

Gary
