I think it is possible that PDD is dead

That sounds far too dramatic given the results, declared clinically meaningful outcomes and safety profile.

A P3 Precision Medicine trial designed with the presented results and those still being analysed along with adjusted endpoints acceptable to the FDA/TGA/EMA, it seems to me will be the way forward.

IMO very little chance that Anavex would declare PDD dead as an indication for A2-73.
