Or hopefully realize that the CTAD was not some "grand genius strategy by our genius TGD to burn the shorts". It was a short presentation of current PDD results at an AD conference, done as soon as possible, and with the aim to inform. Inexperienced biotech investors can repeatedly get ahead of themselves, and speculation is dangerous and often frustrating. What we got today was good news, though short on explaining the "clinically meaningful". (Time itself was short.) But the company made progress with this PDD trial; there is some potential signal in there, and PDD is worth exploring deeper in a Phase 3 in my opinion, particularly if the actigraphy and motor tests are as good as the episodic memory results. And if they sustain in the continuity study, all the more reason to be optimistic.
