This deal is like a marriage and sometimes marriages get delayed for whatever reason. The letter to PKG customers used the words "targeting for mid November " . Clemons didn't guarantee it would get finalized then.

If they delay it and you Verucas want to sell down here then please do. Delays are not denials. When has SM been right about anything anyway?
