SAN DIEGO, Nov. 6, 2020

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Dalrada Financial Corp. (OTC Pink: DFCO), announced that it has filed Form 8-A12b with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), detailing the authorized shares of its common stock and voting rights. The company also filed a Form 8-K to remove its Shell Company Status as a result of the acquisitions of Likido, Prakat, and Shark Technologies.

The company is in the process of applying to up-list onto the OTCQB.
