I remember most of your points - and we actually don't disagree that much - I sure would have wished JT and BOD have done better.

I did made a post at a point 'arguing' that there was newer a 'way out' for investors after the +$20 period late 2019 - the SP simply 'slide' back continuously from there - in fact all the way until today (exception +$7 before appeal - but not really a way out - even one of my sons left at that point - good for him today).

As I said 'I do understand your points' for sure. So it in the end more 'don't waist your time over spilled milk' way of thinking I admit.

We have to look forward like it or not (there's no going back). And how I read it JT is not going anywhere 'by himself' (or by way of BOD) - so we might as well get used to it - and try to influence the direction of company with that 'as a Given'.

Its simply a waist of time and energy - to keep looking/digging in faults of the past. Goes for every investing strategy - and also for this - until now for me 'disaster of an investment' - measuring it today' :)
