The tip of the iceberg comment was not, in my estimation, meant to be a short term view of things.

As I recall, the comment was in reference to a question about scientific papers and upcoming events/data to support the drug. He said that something was coming up and this would be the "tip of the iceberg". That is the way I remember it after I replayed the call.

But as I like to say, "what we hear is in the ears of the beholder".
