The parties negotiating the merger terms + IP rights behind the scenes (which includes big pharmas) along with MMs are getting everything together.

Very few 3a10s in the fins to dilute. Also, remember the PR mentioned certain note holders agreed to a delayed conversion; obviously this is done to convert at higher levels - deals getting made.

Per fins, it looks like a lot of friends and family + legit early $ backers are loaded with restricted $ENZC shares. Good sign.

Float a lot lower than people think.
