ONLY thing IMO is HOLDING this up is because Commissioners and SEC have to let go of DBMM as PINK and they know it is HISTORIC EVENT both in SEC OIP and OTC and those holding it up. But, can't HOLD it up FOREVER. Our time will come and DBMM will go PINK.
